Thanks for sending the information, however I was unable to make a determination based on this information. We are unable to identify a parcel when the legal starts at an unidentifiable object (oak tree, pin, etc.), and continues with measurements of the lands of neighboring properties, which we have no way of knowing without a plat map or a survey. If you have any other information pertaining to this property, please forward it my way.

Thank you for sending that information. Unfortunately I am still having some trouble locating the property as ____ County does not have the address on file and we are unable to search by the legal. Also, ____ County does not have their parcel maps published so even with that information we would not be able to locate the property. Would you happen to have any additional information? If you do not have a survey, appraisal, or plat we can accept detailed directions from a well-known intersection or a clear aerial photo obtained from Google or Bing maps with the property specifically indicated.
